After decades of ministry in foreign missions, Brian and Sheli Correll accepted a stateside pastorate at Life Church 180 AG in Indianapolis, Indiana, in 2014. Though they acted in obedience and followed God’s direction, they questioned why God would ground Swahili speaking, Africa-thinking individuals in the United States. Two short years later their questions were answered, and they are once again speaking Swahili on a daily basis as God has brought Africa to them. Thousands of resettled refugees now call Indianapolis home. The plight of the refugee community has caused them to redefine their priorities as they and their Life 4 Refugees team minister daily to people from Ethiopia, South Sudan, Somalia, Eritrea, Congo, Syria, Burma, along with families from various South and Central American countries. God is organizing a marketplace ministry that has a global impact.
